Can I personalize my Medical Check-up?
Among the different check-ups Infitravel has to offer, you will probably find one adapted to your needs. However, and depending on a careful analysis of the medical questionary you will be invited to fill, exams or complementary evaluations recognized as more adequate to your case will be undertaken.
Where will the Medical Check-ups be held?
The Cedical Check-ups will be held at the Hospital da Luz, the Hospital de Santiago and - in the case of the Golf Pro Check-up - in the facilities of the Penha Longa Resort.
How can I purchase a ticket for a Tour?
You can purchase it via the Infitravel website.
What are the payment methods availiable for the Tours?
You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
I'm interested in purchasing a Medical Check up / Health Pack. What do I do?
Click in the "Information" box bellow the product description and send us an information request. The Infitravel Medical Department will contact you and explain everything you need to know about the product and it's eventual purchase.
How long before should I book my Tour?
It is advisable for you to book your Tour with at least 4 or 5 days in advance.

Do I always have to fill a medical questionary before a Medical Check-up?
Infitrave's clinical staff strongly advises you to do so. This way, you will be provided with a best and more adequate medical service.
Will I always be accompanied in the course of my Medical Check-up?
Yes, Infitravel's staff will leave you to the care of a group of specialized colaborators from the Hospital da Luz or the Hospital de Santiago - International Customer Service. In the case of the Golf Pro Check-up, you will be accompanied by the Infitravel and Penha Longa Resort's staff.
Can I book a hotel through Infitravel?
In respect to our Exclusive Hotels, the booking will be undertaken by Infitravel. However, we can also provide you with that service regarding any other hotels.
What happens if, for some reason, I'm unable to atend an already booked Medical Check-up or Tour?
